Summary: The concept of this project is an app that would provide time-stamps of strobe lights and other triggers in shows and movies, for the use of individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

Purpose: The purpose of this app is to help people with photosensitive epilepsy to have a normal and safe viewing experience.

Stakeholders:

• Viewing platforms (Netflix, Hulu, etc.) as an app like this could increase viewership on certain movies and shows.

• Individuals with photosensitive epilepsy.

User Personas:

How it works: Users are able to input time stamps for varying movies/shows, and there are mods who go on the app and verify if the time stamps are accurate.

Users/mods will also write a brief description of what happens during the scene that has strobing lights, so the user who wishes to skip these scenes has an idea of what they are missing.
